It is true, he does not willfully wear it.
Only one other dog showed up to Charlie's puppy graduation. This is Harley (not confusing for the poor little dogs at all). Charlie likes to play with him: aka use him as a chew toy.
Yay he passed. We still can't believe it. Now he is in the intermediate class with the big dogs—much harder. He's kind of the class dunce; but that's ok.
