I have made waffles (real Belgian Waffles) for some of my co-workers a couple of times and I told them I wanted to try these chocolate covered ones (I had absolutely no idea how to make them...still don't). Well, me and my big mouth, I volunteered myself for another round of waffles but the recipe we used was all in grams...ya, they ended up being sort of pancakes with a symphony bar on top. Everyone said they like them. I kind of think they were just being nice. Oh well...just another day in the life of Kari.
