He's Out!
Well after a 12 hour labor, an epidural, and a C Section, our little stud muffin finally deigned poking his head out of mommy's tummy. Tristan Michael Schuerch was born at 10h 19 PM on November 10th and he weighed in at 8lbs and 15oz (Doctor said, "yeah, there's no way that guy could've fit through there") Of course he's gonna lose some weight in the next few days but that big boy makes for a very proud daddy. I would post some pictures, because ya know we took 'em, but the internet connection here at the hospital is really ghetto. I'm sitting in the lobby which is where they have the strongest connection, and all my uploads have failed after hours of "please wait while we upload your pictures" either on Facebook, Blogger, or regular email. So yeah, that really stinks especially since he is the absolute cutest baby ever, and yes, I'm being absolutely objective ;)

Yay! Congratulations! We were anxiously awaiting any news and we were happy to get little updates from Mom. We saw the adorable picture she texted us, and can't wait to see real pics! We love him and Edmond is so excited his cousin is here! We are glad to hear Kari and Tristan are well...they don't call it "labor" for nothin! :)
I'm sorry you had to have the c-section! But at least he's out and he's healthy! Congrats!
Congratulations to all 3 of you! Welcome to Tristan, and good work Kari! (and Lorenz–I'm sure you were good support) Man, those kids are hard to get here, aren't they! Glad to hear he's here, safe and sound. Hope you recover well!
Congrats, Kari and Lorenz! Sounds like quite an ordeal and like nothing went as planned. So goes life, right? I am so happy for you. J.Clark sent a picture around work and he is stinking adorable. Welcome to the world, Tristan!
