To kick off our New Year's diet Lorenz decided to make Chocolate Mousse. A dish I thought I had eaten previously. Apparently not. Each bite was like floating on a cloud of chocolate that had evaporated from the waterfall in the Charlie and the Chocolate factory. I only made it through five bites before it had to go back in the fridge for safekeeping.
